Meet the Crew

This is an Azusa Pacific University production with a highly dedicated and skilled team of undergraduate students, all of which are in their respective and skilled departments. The last film that our team worked on entitled, Colors of Freedom, has gone on to be officially selected into many prestigious film festivals, and is continually being entered.
 
 
 
 
Writer/Producer/Director: Tanner Jacob Morrison

Tanner Jacob Morrison's creative desire for filmmaking sparked at the young age of 8. As a child, the Southern Califorinia native began fulfilling his dreams by making short films. In just a few short years, he discovered his natural ability to tell stories on the screen. In 2007, Tanner Morrison pursued his passion further by deciding to attain a professional degree. In 2010, Tanner received his Associate of Science in Film degree from The Los Angeles Film School, and is currently furthering his education in the BFA Cinematic Arts program at Azusa Pacific University. Tanner's creative energy is unparalleled and has been acknowledged by many.

Allie Lapp grew up in Tualatin, OR, located just outside of Portland. Growing up, Allie discovered her passion for stories through books and films. As the years past, her passion in film grew and she realized that creating movies was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. Allie currently attends Azusa Pacific University and is pursuing a degree in Cinematic Arts Production. Her passion is producing and she has already been involved in many student films. She was the Associate Producer on Final Exam, the Assistant Producer on TV pilot, St. Alex, and most recently, she produced Colors of Freedom.
 




Cinematographer: Corban Aspegren

Corban Aspegren is from Wichita, KS and is on track for his B.F.A. in film production at Azusa Pacific University. Corban has an extensive resume which includes, being a videographer for Central Christian Church along with many different films roles such as director, cinematographer, writer, and producer. Corban is also a video director on the CIY MOVIE Tour during the summer, serving over 1,200 high school students a week. Corban loves spending time with his girlfriend, playing tennis, working on films, and just hanging out with the guys while playing FIFA. He is currently working on multiple films and in the process of writing a feature.

Tom Scott grew up in the city of Felton, right outside of Santa Cruz, CA. His parents worked at a Christian intercity camp for kids and he had the privilege to be around the summer videographers for much of his growing up. This is where his passion for film and video came from and it flourished in the years to come. Today, he is a student at Azusa Pacific University striving to learn more in the BFA Cinematic Arts program as a Film/Video Editor. He is open to many possibilities for his career but wishes to help others through the medium of film and video.

All the way from Missouri, Sadie Petiford came to Azusa Pacific Univerisity to learn more about production design. Her patience, creativity, and attention to detail has taken her very far. She has worked on many film sets doing anything from make-up, to wardrobe, to working with props. Sadie loves Black Comedy Films and is an anglophile. She loves the film industry and cannot wait to see where it will take her.
